English Large Black Bone-In Ham

Red meat capped with the perfect medium layer of fat combining together with the unforgettable flavour of Alberta, outdoor raised English Large Black ham. Our English Large Blacks are grown out for eight to twelve months. They have access to forage, dirt to root and bask in the sunlight. They are fed a custom feed designed for the Large Black breed; our feed is always soy-free and sourced with local, unsprayed grains whenever possible.
 Our pigs are processed at a local, provincially (Alberta) inspected abattoir. In doing so, we can offer you the best cuts and custom choices of English Large Black pork.
This ham option is smoked and cured but uncooked. Bone in.
